Hi! I'm Jackie, the creative soul behind Oh So Portraits. As well as being a graphic designer for over 30 years, I'm a wife, mum and pet parent to two gorgeous rescues.

I realised people had many, many photos hidden away on their phones. Pictures that they felt weren’t quite right for printing out and putting on a wall. I wanted to change that and now most people order these as a gift or to finally frame a picture they already love.

I completely understand just how much pets are part of the family and I love helping you to show them in a way that’s unique and memorable. Whether it’s a playful pup, a boss cat, or even a rabbit with a big personality, my portraits are designed to capture exactly what makes them special and make you smile every time you see them.

3 things you should know about me:

• I don't do average - actually I’m a bit of a perfectionist. I believe your pet deserves nothing less than 100% so if something isn’t quite right, I’ll work to make it as near perfect as possible. 

• I believe in the personal touch, every step of the way. When you work with me, you get me - no middleman, no fancy apps, no ai bots. I deal with everything from your first message to the final portrait, making your experience personal, straightforward and relaxed.

• Editing photos is my thing - your photos don’t need to be professionally done. I take an ordinary phone photo and turn it into a beautifully crafted, one-of-a-kind portrait. I’m very careful not to over-edit in the process because I want it to still feel like your dog, your cat.
