How to cancel your order, return or exchange a product

Please contact us within 28 days to let us know you wish to either cancel your order, return or exchange a product. To do this simply email jackie@ohsodesign.co.uk along with your name and order number in the subject line and a brief message as to the reason for the return.

Although every effort is made in trying to get your order to you in perfect condition, sometimes damages do occur. You must let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your item if it has been damaged in transit or if it is faulty. Wherever possible please email us images of the damage so we can investigate with our courier. We will send a replacement of damaged goods immediately.

Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days. Items should be well packed and returned unused and in their original condition. We always try to ensure that the images of products on the website are as realistic as possible and that the product details include all the information you need to decide if the item is suitable for you.

(We recommend you use a signed for delivery with proof of postage.)

As the payment agent we will process the refund directly to your payment card in no more than 14 days after receiving the item back.

Unfortunately, personalised items or items specifically made to order cannot be returned because of the bespoke nature of the item unless it is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

We offer a proofing service on the personalised prints which must be requested on ordering. If you cancel your order after seeing the proof we will refund the order minus a cost of £25.

The cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty, have errors caused by our negligence or are damaged upon receipt.

Returns will only be processed following contact via email to jackie@ohsodesign.co.uk
