General Obligations
Oh So Design shall deliver the goods as specified. The customer shall provide payment for the goods prior to despatch. Oh So Design reserve the right to decline any order without reason being given.

All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images, texts and design of our website/marketing material are and will remain the property of Oh So Design. We will treat any infringement of these rights seriously.

Oh So Design is proud to be a member and support the aims and objectives of the trade organisation ACID (Anti Copyright in Design). All Oh So Design designs are supported by ACID through their Copyright & Design Databank and ACID Marketplace.

Descriptions and specifications
Although every effort is made to ensure colours displayed are a close representation, slight colour variations will occur between what is seen on a monitor or mobile device and the printed product.

Please ensure that you take extra care when entering your personalised information and gift messages into our website as we are unable to offer replacements for personalised items unless the goods are damged or faulty.

Currency
All prices shown in this website are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT and postage and packaging where applicable (credit cards sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider).
