UK Delivery

Our studio is open Monday to Friday and we aim to despatch goods as soon as possible after your order is placed. Non-personalised products will be despatched within 2-3 working days of ordering.

Products personalised with your own photo and requiring a digital proof, will be subject to the quality of the photographs supplied and the time taken to approve the proof - we usually estimate delivery time being between 5-7 working days.

We do not take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at checkout. Any loss caused by incorrect addresses, financial or otherwise, will be your responsibility, unless the negligence is ours.

Orders are usually delivered by Royal Mail or courier, and are subject to the terms and conditions of these third parties. Royal Mail aims to deliver all items within 48 hours of posting. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service and should only be used if you are not worried about when an item is going to arrive.

To keep it simple, orders from outside of the UK are digital products only.
